Write your own heartfelt message on the water soluble paper provided. Simply tuck your message into the pocket of your “Casting Heart” and cast it out into the water of any meaningful river, lake or ocean or maybe leave at a mountain top, you choose the best way to honor the loved one you are holding in your heart. The "Keep" Heart is a token from your celebration. You can add a loved ones name with a permanent ink or choose "personalize" at check out and have a name embossed in the clay.

I am a Mom, artist and photographer living in New Hampshire I have worked as a photographer and artist all my adult life. However my movement into clay was just one of those things where the universe gives you a cosmic nudge toward something and you just embrace it! When I was 9 months pregnant with my son Silas my Mom/bestie passed away. I was desperate to dream up some amazing way to create a tribute and celebration of life for her that included everyone that loved, but it felt so daunting. Creating an amazing ceremony while I was nine months pregnant and too sad for words felt like far too much pressure. I searched for ideas, asked friends and family and eco-aggessive (I am sure thats a term) balloons and lanterns seemed the only reoccurring idea. In the end we did something beautiful at her favorite beach in Cape Cod and I know she loved it. Even still it began my absolute obsession with trying to design an all inclusive and impactful way to honor and celebrate the life of someone we love. very quickly I realized the need for "Rainbow Bridge" for saying goodbye to our four legged companions and pets. Casting Hearts are eco~friendly and totally water soluble piece of art designed to be cast out into any body of water, anywhere their heart takes them, with anyone they choose and whenever they are ready.
It's my sincere hope that they bring people together to share in beautiful and impactful moments of celebration and remembrance. They are designed to be used in anyway you you feel best honors your loved one. Maybe cast your heart and its message into a beautiful bonfire , leave on a mountain top or cast from your favorite shore. Love never dies it only transforms. Finding your own way to connect and embrace this concept is to each our own. I genuinely hope that Casting Hearts inspires something beautiful to celebrate the lives of those you love...until you meet again.
